Professional Terms

1. Professional scope

All encounters are exclusively for adults aged 18 and over and centre on psychological dominance and consensual BDSM. No sexual services or sexual contact are offered. Encounters take place only at an agreed external venue, never at my private residence.

2. Enquiries and bookings

An enquiry is a request for consideration, not a booking. I may accept, decline or request verification at my discretion. A booking exists only after the arrangement, private fee, expenses and payment terms are confirmed in writing and any required advance payment has cleared. False or misleading information may end the arrangement.

3. Consent and conduct

Boundaries, communication signals and relevant health, mobility or safety information must be shared honestly. Either person may pause or stop at any time. A request never guarantees a particular activity; I retain professional discretion over what I offer. You must remain able to understand, communicate and give valid consent.

I may modify or end an encounter where conduct, impairment, aggression, hygiene, undisclosed risk or a boundary violation makes continuation inappropriate. Payments are not refundable where an encounter ends because of your conduct, subject to applicable law.

4. Venue, travel and payment

The agreed venue must be safe, lawful and private. Travel, accommodation, transfers, venue and agreed expenses are separate from the private fee. Non-recoverable third-party costs remain payable. The written confirmation sets out the fee, payment deadlines and practical arrangements.

5. Cancellation and timing

Please give as much notice as possible. Where circumstances and availability allow, I may offer one reschedule. Advance payments and non-recoverable costs are not refundable; late cancellation, non-attendance or substantial delay may make the remaining agreed fee payable as stated in the booking confirmation.

If I cancel and no suitable alternative is agreed, payment for the unperformed service is returned. Delayed arrival does not automatically extend the booking.

6. Discretion

Discretion is mutual. No recording, photography, livestreaming, location sharing, publication or third-party presence is permitted without prior written agreement. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Notice.

All photographs, text and branding on this website are protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, published or used without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

7. Final terms

Weapons, coercion, harassment, unlawful conduct or attempts to obtain services outside the agreed scope end the arrangement immediately. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Dutch law applies. Concerns may be sent to contact@mistress-gia.com.
